1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of fg66.bz, the fg66 mobile app, and all services provided through the fg66 platform (collectively referred to as the "Services").

By accessing or using any part of the fg66 Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the fg66 Services.

Fg66 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time. The latest version will always be available on this website. Continued use of fg66 Services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the fg66 Services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Not a resident of any country or region where online gambling is prohibited under local laws.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme at any gambling platform that restricts the use of similar services.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

3User Account

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active fg66 account. Registering or using more than one account ("multiple registration") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms.

• All activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you were aware of it.

4Deposit & Payment

Fg66 supports a wide range of payment methods widely used in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Available methods may change from time to time.

• The minimum deposit at fg66 is RM10 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. fg66 does not accept third-party payments.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your fg66 account within minutes once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Fg66 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact fg66 customer support with proof of transaction.

5Fund Withdrawal

Fg66 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for major payment methods, subject to standard security checks.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for most payment methods.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified under the same name as your fg66 account.
• Fg66 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing the first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.
• Members who have not completed the KYC process may experience withdrawal processing delays until the review is finalised.
• Fg66 reserves the right to reject or place on hold any withdrawal if bonus conditions have not been met or if an account-related investigation is ongoing.
• Any withdrawal requested during an active fraud investigation will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.

6Bonus & Promotions

Fg66 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to its own terms and wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another member or directly exchanged for cash.
• Fg66 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if promotional abuse is detected, including multiple registrations or the use of betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions.
• Each member is entitled to each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

7Game Rules

All games available on the fg66 platform are operated according to their respective rules, which can be found within each game's interface. Members are responsible for understanding the game rules before playing.

• All game outcomes are final once a round is completed and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a system technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session, fg66 will review server records to determine the appropriate course of action. fg66 reserves the right to void and refund any affected bets.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity or a breach of terms will be voided and any associated winnings will not be paid out.
• Fg66 is not liable for any losses arising from gaming strategy decisions made by members.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fg66 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live table games.
• Using any technique or software designed to exploit vulnerabilities in the fg66 system.
• Identity fraud or impersonating another individual while using the platform.
• Using an account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the fg66 platform.
• Registering multiple accounts or using an account belonging to another person.

9Account Closure

You may close your fg66 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn in accordance with standard procedures.

• Fg66 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• In the event of account closure due to security concerns or a fraud investigation, the account balance may be temporarily frozen until the investigation is concluded.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee or closure at the discretion of fg66.
